Brewer Equestrian Center

                        Equestrian Camp

We are limiting our camp enrollment to ten campers-a small group gives us more opportunity for one-on-one attention!

 June Camp is Full

July 7 through 12 Camp Still Has Openings..

A daily riding lesson on a horse suited to your needs, a conformation/parts of the horse lesson, lessons on how to longe, bathe, how to clean tack, parts of the saddle/bridle, how to pull a mane and wrap a leg, a jump painting party, horseshoe painting/scavenger hunt, and a farrier AND vet demonstration, as well as a hayride through the property, and water balloon fun!  Campers will receive a t-shirt on the last day of camp, and snacks/water will be provided.

Our advanced beginner students will be learning dressage tests and riding techniques.  We will also have a strength/pilates style exercise class daily for all ages!

Campers will need to bring EVERY DAY:

A bagged lunch, we will provide snacks and hydration throughout the day (we do have a fridge and microwave)

We suggest investing in a large plastic tub and label it with your campers name in that tub should be the following:

A exercise mat or thick beach towel

Sun block and bug spray (please have first application on camper at time of arrival)

A swim suit and towel for the pool

Cool clothes (shorts and top) to change into when not riding

Riding attire: either leggings, breeches, jods, or tight legged jeans, a shirt with sleeves, socks and a extra pair of socks to keep in tub and a smooth bottom boot with a heel, also a riding helmet if you have one.

Rubber Boots of some sort.. must have

Flip flops for when not in the barn area

One week prior to camp we will contact you and let you know what your camper is to arrive in.  One group will arrive in "ready to ride" clothes, the other group can arrive in shorts/t-shirt and rubber boots.  Remember to have your camper sunscreened and debugged upon arrival.

Permission To Print and Publish

We often find ourselves taking pictures (and even videos) of our students at work. This gives our students a memento, and also can be used as a learning tool for our more advanced riders.

We do have a active webpage and we do like to frame photographs to hang in the office at the barn and we put some of these photos in advertisements. We are at times featured in certain newspapers and equine periodicals, as well.

In order to use a picture of you, or your child, we need written permission.

By signing below you are granting Brewer Equestrian Center permission to use photos/videos of your child for the express purposes of only Brewer Equestrian Center.
